PURPOSE:To form a film having the excellent water absorbing property and heat resistance or the like, and obtain the stable electrolytic corrosion resistance by making an insulating film of polyphenylene sulfide resin(PPS) including glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:A rolling bearing 1 consists of an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, multiple circumferential channels 4, 5 formed in the surfaces of the inner and outer rings 2, 3, and insulating films 6, 7 covering on the inner and outer rings 2, 3. The films 6, 7 are made of PPS including glass fiber at about 40 volume %, and multiple projections 8, 9 for entering the circumferential channels 4, 5 of the inner and outer rings 2, 3 are provided in the peripheral face. With this structure, since the projections 8, 9 which entered the circumferential channels 4, 5 of the inner and outer rings 2, 3 prevent the dislocation of the films 6, 7 in the axial direction, relief and peeling of the films can be prevented, and the stable electrolytic corrosion resistance can be obtained. |
