PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an unnatural soundless part or an unnecessary sound part even at the time of forming new sound data by the connection of sound signal data by annexing sectional data determining the effective section of sound signal data to the sound signal data. CONSTITUTION:An effective section detecting part 13 executes the level analysis of sound signal data formed by an A/D conversion part 12, detects the effective section of the data and forms sectional data indicating the effective section. The sectional data are annexed to the sound signal data stored in a sound accumulation part 14, and in the case of outputting the sound signal data stored in the photographic part 14 in order to form new sound data by connecting the sound signal data stored in the sound accumulation part 14, the effective section part determined by the sectional data is also outputted. Consequently, the realy effective part of the sound signal data against the input sound can be secured, and in the case of forming the new sound data by connecting the sound signal data, the generation of an unnatural soundless part or an unnecessary sound part on the seam of respective sound data can be prevented. |
