<p>PURPOSE:To improve permeability, reduce leakage magnetic flux caused by a gap, prevent the decrease of AL value, and reduce noise, by constituting a coating member of material in which magnetic material is mixed, and changing the mixing amount of the magnetic material or the mixing material in the respective parts of magnetic paths, outer coating parts, and window frame parts. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic material is mixed in the magnetic paths 4a, 5a of cases 4, 5, thereby improving the permeability of the magnetic paths 4a, 5a being gaps, reducing leakage magnetic flux, and increasing the AL value. The AL value can be adjusted by changing the mixing amount of magnetic material in the magnetic paths 4a, 5a. Magnetic material is mixed in outer coating parts 4b, 5b of the cases 4, 5, and the leakage magnetic flux is turned into eddy current, which is cosumed as heat, thereby reducing radiation noise to be radiated outside. The mixing amount of magnetic material in the window frame parts 4c, 5c of the case 4, 5 is made small or zero as compared with the magnetic paths 4a, 5a, and the outer coating parts 4b, 5b, thereby preventing the increase of leakage magnetic flux. By mixing low permeability material in the window frame parts 4c, 5c, the increase of leakage magnetic flux can be prevented too.</p> |
