发明名称 THERMAL TRANSFER RECORDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve an image-keeping quality, to enable writing letters and drawing a picture, etc., with writing materials on an image-receiving layer and to prevent a fusion bonding from occurring between ink layer and image-receiving layer by forming the ink layer of a thermal transfer material from an organic binder and from a sublimable dye and mold releasing agent dispersed in the binder. CONSTITUTION:A sublimation type thermal transfer material having on a substrate an ink layer formed by the dispersion of sublimable dye and mold releasing agent in an organic binder and a sublimation type thermal transfer image-receiving material having on a substrate a receptor layer composed of dyeing resin and containing no mold releasing agent are caused to face each other and heat energy is applied in an image-shaped manner so that the subliming dye in the transfer material is transfer- recorded onto the image-receiving material. The subliming dye is a dye subliming or vaporizing at 60 deg.C or higher and the binder to be used in the transfer material ink layer is a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin. As resin having relatively high glass transition point or high softening property among them, there are cited, e.g. vinyl chloride resin, polyvinyl acetate resin, polyamide, etc. As substance having mold releasing property, there are, e.g. petroleum lubricating oil such as liquid paraffin, hydrogen halide, diester oil, silicone oil, etc.
