PURPOSE:To shorten processing time by holding previously the aperture locus data of a convex quadrangular pattern generated before in internal storage, and generating the aperture locus data from the relative positional relation of the under-mentioned quad-rangular pattern when the congruent convex quadrangular pattern existing at a different position appears. CONSTITUTION:The coordinate data of each apex angle part of each pattern after being normalized is stored previously in a storage means 3. Besides, the aperture locus data corresponding to the coordinate data in the storage means 3 is held previously in the storage means 4. Then, a thing to coordinate data in both the storage means is a memory flag 1. The coordinate data of the pattern inputted in the past and the aperture locus data corresponding to it are stored and accumulated previously, and they are compared with the coordinate data of the pattern inputted newly, and when both the patterns are decided to be congruent with each other, the new aperture locus data is generated by using the aperture locus data of the pattern in the past. Thus, the generating time of the aperture locus data in respect of all the patterns to be inputted is greatly shortened. |
