PURPOSE:To obtain the subject drink having excellent preservability with preventing deterioration of riboflavin quality owing to irradiation of light containing plural species of L-ascorbic acid and cholecalciferol, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed drink contains at least two species selected from L-ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol and flavonol (e.g., kaempferol, trifolin or astragalin). Besides, adding amount of cholecalciferol is preferably 0.5-10mug%. |
