PURPOSE:To form a picture executing an inclination processing only in the arbitrary area of an original picture by selectively executing the inclination processing of picture data to be applied based on a signal for specifying the inclination processing area. CONSTITUTION:A tablet panel 9 can input and designate the area to execute the inclination processing, inclination angle (the inclination angle of the picture) and inclination direction [to incline the picture to left (in a plus direction) or to right (in a minus direction)]. Only for the inputted and designated area, the inclination processing is executed at the designated angle in the designated direction by an inclination processing circuit 33. Thus, the inclination processing can be exerted only upon the arbitrary area and when reproducing the original picture, it is not necessary to connect the cut pieces of the original picture. |
