<p>PURPOSE:To easily execute recovery and treatment of separated volatile material and non-volatile material by stopping rotation of a rotary kiln at the time of executing heating treatment to flown ash and at the time of discharging waste gas and molten slag. CONSTITUTION:In the rotary kiln 1 providing an electric heating body 12, the flown ash collected in the waste gas in a waste incineration furnace is heated to decompose a dioxin in the ash, and also by volatilizing the heavy metal, this is separated into the volatile material and the non-volatile material, and the non-volatile material is fused. Further the waste gas contg. volatile material discharged from the kiln 1 is cooled in the cooling device 2. Further, in a collecting device 3, the volatile material is collected from the waste gas through the cooling device 2. Further, a discharging device 4 is connected with a molten slag discharging hole 17 in the kiln 1 to solidify and discharge the molten slag discharged from the discharging hole 17. Then, at the time of heating treatment of the flown ash and at the time of discharging the waste gas and the molten slag, the rotation of kiln 1 is stopped.</p> |
