PURPOSE:To obtain a ring body having an integrated feeling by forming a nearly ring body having a notched opening part having an inner diameter elastically fitted to the base part of a lamp and to which the base part is fitted and inserted. CONSTITUTION:A terminal pin 8 provided on the base part 4 of a straight type fluorescent lamp 3 is inserted to and engaged with the movable part 6 of a lamp socket 2, and the notched opening part 5 of a nearly ring body 1 is elastically expanded and fitted to the base part 4 of the lamp 3 and the movable part 6 of the lamp socket 2, whereby the base part 4 of the lamp 3 and the movable part 6 of the lamp socket 2 are covered with the nearly ring body 1 to cover the space between the base part 4 of the lamp 3 and the movable part 6 of the lamp socket 2. One end of the ring body 1 is opposed to the end surface of a glass tube 7 having a diameter slightly larger than that of the base part 4 and to which the base part 4 is fitted and fixed, and the other end is opposed to the front surface of the lamp socket 2, so that the movement of the lamp 3 in the direction recessing the movable part 6 into the lamp socket 2 is prohibited to prevent the fall of the lamp 3. Further, the ring body 1 has the same color as that of the lamp socket 2, and can provide an integrated feeling. |
