<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone device which can suppress noise occurring from a rapid output voltage change of a charge pump circuit without adding a part, especially an external part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A microphone device 1 applying a rising direct voltage, after a charge pump circuit 2 raises a source voltage, to a capacitor microphone 3 has an amplifying circuit 5 amplifying an output of the capacitor microphone 3 and making an amplification operation on/off according to an input mute signal, and an operation control circuit 4 arranged so as to control noise occurring by a rapid voltage change of the charge pump circuit 2 by outputting the mute signal making the amplifying operation of the amplifying circuit 5 off while the output of the charge pump circuit 2 generates a rapid voltage change.
