The invention introduces a mechanism for balancing moving sub-assemblies, designed for industrial robots, drafting tables, machine-tools, etc.According to the invention, the mechanism is provided with a casing in which, in some guiding bushings, slides and rotates a column fitted in the upper part with some screws for fastening the mobile sub-assembly to be balanced, and in the lower part, with a lifting arm that connects to a flexible cable winding on a camshaft leading it on to a fixed and moving reel, and into which are attached some fixed springs between a mobile and a fixed beam; it also includes an adjustment screw and some elastic buffers at its running ends. For locking the column during transportation or interventions, it has a locking fork and rod.The camshaft has a coil helicoid channel at 540 degrees angle, on which the flexible cable winds completely .
