PURPOSE:To harden a lens section perfectly, eliminate the pollution of a cutting blade and the like at the time of finishing and enhance production efficiency by emitting ultraviolet rays to a lens surface again after releasing. CONSTITUTION:First, ultraviolet rays are emitted through a transparent base in the state of interposing ultraviolet hardening type resin liquid between the transparent base and a lens mold. Then, the second ultraviolet rays are emitted to the surface of the lens section after releasing. Thus, the defective hardening of sections in contact with air generated by the second ultraviolet section is hardened perfectly to eliminate the possibility of generation of stickiness. Finger prints, therefore, are not left on the peripheral sections of a lens sheet to eliminate the pollution of a cutting blade at the time of cutting required for finishing. |
