摘要	PURPOSE:To make construction simple and vibration resistance high by providing a heater is an economizer, and coupling said economizer and the nickel diffusion membrane of a hydrogen meter to one body. CONSTITUTION:A detector body 22 is constituted by a unit consisting of a hydrogen meter 14, an oxygen meter 16 and an economizer 10. (for example 500+ or -1 deg.C) necessary for detecting the hydrogen concn. of a nickel diffusion membrane is disposed in the inside of an inner tube 10b of the economizer 10.
