PURPOSE:To complement the function of a signal and to secure a safe operation by detecting the flash information of the signal by a sensor mounted on a signal lamp, and transmitting it to a mobile body. CONSTITUTION:The sensor 3 is mounted at the front of the signal lamp 2 of the signal 1. Then, the flash information of the signal from the sensor 3 is emitted from a radiation element 5 consisting of an ultrasonic oscillation element and a light emitting element, etc., arranged and mounted on a signal information radiation device 4 to the passing area of the mobile body, transmitting the information to the mobile body. Signal flash information transmitted to the mobile body is received by the sensor 6 for reception, and it is converted to a voice or an alarm tone by an information processor 7 in a vehicle, or light is flashed. In such a way, it is possible to confirm the flash information of the signal in the mobile body, and to secure the safe operation by operating a controller. |
