OFFSET PRINTING PRESS

摘要

PURPOSE:To avoid adherence of ink to the most upstream roller and continue a stable supply of ink so as to make an offset printing possible by providing structure for splitting the wetting water entering an ink device efficiently and finely. CONSTITUTION:The subject offset press is provided with an ink device I and a wetting device D and the ink device I is provided with an ink fountain 4 extending along the outer peripheral surface of the most upstream roller 1 in an ink supply passage and progressively close thereto in the rotating direction thereof and toward the ink downstream side and with an ink nozzle 5 for supplying the ink to the outer peripheral surface of the most upstream roller 1 and/or into the ink foundation 4. A doctor blade 6 is provided in contact with the outer peripheral surface of an ink metering roller 2 before the ink reaches the downstream part, an ink reservoir means 8 is provided with a sufficient volume to receive therein a predetermined amount of the ink and the ink reservoir means 8 and the ink nozzle 5 are connected by an ink supply pipe 10 with an ink pump 9 disposed therebetween.
