<p>PURPOSE:To utilize it effectively up to the specified paper stacker capacity even if a warp occurs in printing paper by constituting a paper inductive guide plate so as to go down after paper stacking is started. CONSTITUTION:When printed paper 1 is fed by a paper conveyor part 2 and reached onto a paper stacker 10, it is guided by two paper inductive guides 13 and advanced forward, then it hits on a paper stopper part 3 and is stopped on a paper cradle 12 installed on top of a stacker table 11 and the paper inductive guide plate 13 or on the first arrival paper 1. The guide plate 13 comes to be flush with the cradle 12 when there is no paper 1 on this cradle 12. After the first one sheet has passed through the topside of the guide plate 13, a cam 15 rotates and two guide plates 13 goes down beneath the table 11. Afterward the first sheet, the printed paper itself acts as the guide plate 13, that is, it guides the paper 1 being fed next, remedying any warp on the whole side of the cradle 12. All sheets of paper in the stacker part 10 is remedied of their warps, and the stacking height of the paper becomes equal to the number of sheets being stored.</p> |
