In a device for cutting up a potato, there is a vertical ram and a stationary tubular cutter which cuts out a bar shape. Underneath the cutter is a holder whose shape is enveloped by two horizontal blades of a horizontal cutter. Efectors then push potato out of the holder onto the horizontal blade of a third cutter. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used for cutting up potatoes for 'pomme nature' and 'pomme chateau'. The device operates automatically. These shapes were preveiously cut by hand. |
