New microorganism bacillus strain AC-1, KCTC 833OP (I) is screened from soil. The (I) having antagonism is useful for the treatment of pestilence of red pepper. The (I) as biotic pesticide has a bacteriocidal activity against phytophotora capsici, valsamali, rhizactonia sp. etc. The (I) is produced by fermenting in the medium contg. 15g sucrose, 300g boiled potato, 8 ml corn steep liquor, 0.5g Ca(NO3)24H2O, 2g Na2HPO412H2O and 1 l distilled water (PH 7.3).
