<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composite vessel favorable for retort food by stretch- forming a laminated sheet formed of a resin layer, a metallic foil and the resin layer and forming a resin reinforced layer to at least one side of the internal and external faces of the obtained molded vessel by injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 2 having a bottom part 21, a side wall part 22 and a flange part 23 is formed from a laminated sheet of a resin layer, an aluminum foil and the resin layer by application of a stretch forming means. The flange part 23 is smooth in the surface and the upper face and free from a wrinkle and can be completely sealed by heat sealing of cover material. An involute edge winding part 24 is formed in the circumferential edge part of the flange part 23. This edge winding part 24 imparts rigidity to the flange part 23 and acts to prevent flapping of the flange part and covers the aluminum foil to the inside and also acts to eliminate the possibilities such as a spark is generated at a time of cooking in a radar range. A resin reinforced layer 1 is formed to the outside of the molded vessel 2 by application of injection molding.</p> |
