A weather-resistant polyacetal. resin composition which comprises (A) 100 part by weight of a polyacetal resin, (B) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a weathering (light) stabilizer and (C) 0.5 to 60 parts by weight of a graft copolymer comprising (a) an olefin (co)polymer and tb) one or more vinyl (co)polymers which are chemically bonded to each other to form a branched or crosslinked structure. The surface of a molded article made from the composition is excellent in weathering resistance, so that it undergoes less crack and reduced discoloration.
