<p>PURPOSE: To reduce chloride content in a scrubbing slurry liquid by arranging a prescrubber at an upstream of an absorber, supplying a part of the scrubbing slurry liquid into a flue gas line being at an upstream of a dust collector means and drying and removing slurry solid components in the dust collector means. CONSTITUTION: A flue gas is supplied to the dust collector means 12 via the flue gas line 10, then is supplied to absorber means 34, 15, is scrubbed by spraying the scrubbing liquor and then is discharged. A part of the scrubbing slurry liquid is supplied to a thickener 24 from a sump 40 and a stream of low solid content is returned to the sump 40. A stream of high solid content is filtered by a filter 28 to produce a filter cake and an elute is returned to the thickener 24. Further a part of the scrubbing slurry liquid is supplied into the flue gas line 10 being at the upstream of the dust collector means 12 via a line 36 and the slurry solid component is dried in the dust collector means 12 and is removed as the solid particles. Consequently chloride in the scrubbing slurry liquid is reduced without lowering SO2 absorption efficiency and, meanwhile, chloride content in the filter cake is suppressed within tolerance.</p> |
