<p>PURPOSE:To simplify driving wiring by bringing one side of photoconductor layers provided on multiple opening sections into contact with a conductor layer, bringing the other side into contact with the independent conductor layer of an electron emitting section, and performing light radiation to the desired opening sections. CONSTITUTION:The first conductor layer 2 with multiple opening sections 3 on a substrate, photoconductor layers 4 formed in contact with the first conductor layer 2 on the opening sections 3, the second conductor layer 5, and an insulator layer 6 formed around the photoconductor layers and the second conductor layer, an insulator layer 7 for permeating electrons, and the third conductor layer 8 for emitting electrons are provided. The photoconductor layers in the desired electron emission region is set to the electrical conduction state from the electrical insulation state, electrons can be emitted from the third conductor layer 8 for a preset period, and driving wiring can be simplified.</p> |
