PURPOSE:To avoid ineffective occupancy of a communication installation by lots of video information sets when the delivery of the video information main body is not on request by leaving the video information main body to a picture memory of a sender side terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A sender side terminal equipment 2 stores a video information main body to a picture memory in a terminal equipment with respect to a transmission command from a user and makes 1st communication transferring secondary information representing the content of one or plural transmission object video information sets from the sender terminal equipment to the receiver terminal equipment 3. Then the receiver terminal equipment 3 receiving the information makes 2nd communication of sending a signal requesting the transfer of the transmission object video information main body to the sender side terminal equipment 2 in relation to only the information desired to be received. Moreover, the sender side terminal equipment 2 makes 3rd communication transferring the transmission object video information main body to the receiver terminal equipment 2. Thus, when the delivery of the video information main body is not on request, the ineffective occupancy of the communication installation by lots of video information is avoided. |
