TWO-COLOR INJECTION MOLDING METHOD AND MOLD DEVICE FOR MOLDING THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enhance productivity and to increase the degree of freedom in designing by constituting the mold device so that both a primary block for molding a primary molded body in an outer mold block and a secondary block for molding a secondary molded body are successively moved and a primary cavity and a secondary cavity are successively formed. CONSTITUTION:An outer mold block 14 is held to a runner plate 20 in a movable state. The primary block 14a of the outer mold block 14 is inserted into a mold main body part 13. A primary cavity a1 is formed together with a core mold 11. Primary-side resin is filled into the cavity a1 to mold a primary molded body 1a. The core mold 11 and the mold main body 13 are mutually joined. Both a runner plate 20 and a retainer plate 15 of a fixed side are mold-opened. The outer mold block 14 is moved to the position wherein a secondary block 14b is inserted into the mold main body part 13. The outer mold block 14 is mold-clamped so as to form a secondary cavity a2. When secondary-side resin is filled into a secondary cavity a2 via a sprue gate 21, it is integrally laminated on the primary molded body 1a. The secondary molded body can be molded which has a free design face set on the secondary block 14b.
