Essentially, the machine according to this invention consists of a metallic body of parallelepipedal form, defined by a heat-insulating outer case, a prismatic container with a base which is substantially an inverted pyramid, which container has an upper flange for its mounting on and fastening to the corresponding edge of said same outer case, the aforesaid container bottom being employed for a mass of water which acts as a collector for the burnt impurities produced with frying in a mass of oil superposed on said mass of water, the bottom part of said container having a tap system composed of a simple discharge tube with stopcock for total emptying-out of both liquids or, alternatively, of two discharge means, one which is also general and another which is only for discharge of the oil and also for any excess water. <IMAGE>
