PURPOSE:To provide the above printing plate which is usable for both of waterless printing and water printing and to allow the selection thereof according to the graphic designs of printed matter, the staining of film originals, ink colors, capacity to manage damping water, etc., by forming the one surface of a base as a dampened plate material having a photosensitive layer and the other surface as a waterless plate material having a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:The waterless plate material is formed with the photosensitive layer and the silicone rubber layer on the other surface of the base. The photosensitive layer and the silicone rubber layer may be one layer of the photosensitive silicone rubber layer. This material may have a primer layer between the base and the photosensitive layer. The material may also have an adhesive layer between the photosensitive layer and the silicone rubber layer. The dampened plate material is formed with the photosensitive layer on one surface of the base subjected to, for example, sand grain treatment and a matte layer may be formed on the photosensitive layer. This printing plate is usable for both of waterless printing and water printing in this way and is selectable according to the graphic designs of of the printed matter, the staining of the film originals, the ink colors, the capacity to manage the damping water, etc.. |
