The two clamping arms (34, 36) have a space holding part of the tie-bolt (20). The space (60) has an inlet (52) for the tie-bolt (20). The two clamp-parts (26, 28) have a link connection (46) on a pivot axle (48) parallel to the clamp's axis. USE/ADVANTAGE - The tie bolts can be adjusted in at least two degrees of freedom.
