Driving motor for industrial robot - can be removed and replaced by remote control mechanism
摘要
An industrial robot is driven by an electric motor which is mounted on a rectangular flange (4) by which it is connected to the robot. The motor output shaft (9) has external splines which engage a corresponding tubular shaft which actuates the robot. The motor output shaft (9) is surrounded by a concentric ring (12) which centralises the motor with respect to the robot. The flange (4) is also fitted with sockets for two multi-pin plugs (14, 15) which supply the robot control current and the motor current. These sockets (14, 15) and shaft (19) enable the motor to be removed and replaced by a remotely controlled mechanism USE - Industrial robots.
