<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the bubbles of insulating resin from sticking to a connector and the insulating resin from scattering by covering the opening of a resin case, in which a coil is housed, with a plate and vacuum-pouring the insulating resin material through the section, not covered with the plate, of the opening. CONSTITUTION:The present invention includes a thermosetting insulating resin material 5, which are poured in a resin case 3 to insulate and fasten a coil 1, and a connector 4 electrically connected to the coil and fixed at the edge side of the opening 6 of the resin case. It has a plate 4a, having smaller projection area than the opening 6 of the resin case 3, to cover a part of the opening 6. A part of the opening 6 of the case is covered with the plate 4a and then the resin material 5 is poured through the section, not covered with the plate 4a, of the opening 6. Thereby the insulating resin is prevented from sticking to the connector 4 and scattering when poured.</p> |
