PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steel sleepers and its supporting structure capable of enhancing its strength and rigidity, simplifying connections between floor posts, and improving workability at constructing floors. SOLUTION: A steel sleeper 10 is formed of shape steel 11. A middle part of lower flange 12 of the shape steel 11 has a longitudinal opening space 16 and has a reverse-trapezoidal open section. A pitching support member 17 for a floor post integrated with the lower flange 12 is arranged inside the opening space 16. A pair of pitching support members 7a, 7b are also fitted to the head of 3a of the height-adjustable floor post 1 prepared on foundations F. The steel girder 10 is fixed on the floor post 1 by holding and fastening the support member 17 through a pair of support member 7a, 7b.
