<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject frozen desert having excellent shape-keeping property and touch to mouth avoiding migration of water in ice cream to an edible material by enclosing frozen desert kept with edible material in chocolate having a good stretch containing a large amount of air bubble. CONSTITUTION:Frozen desert 1 kept with an edible material 3 [preferably MONAKA (bean-jam-filled wafers), corn, sugar corn, biscuit or wafers] is enclosed in chocolate 2 having a good stretch containing air bubble in an amount of about two times of usual air-in-chocolate to afford the aimed frozen desert.</p> |
