PURPOSE:To easily perform photographing which meets an object and photographic purpose by permitting an information reader to read information corresponding to an intended example recorded in an example recording medium, transmitting the information to this camera, and controlling plural control items corresponding to the transmitted signal. CONSTITUTION:The camera is provided with a detecting means for detecting a signal transmitted from the external information reader 51, a means for storing a signal from the detecting means, and a control means for controlling plural control items according to the contents of the storage means. That is, photograph preparing information corresponding to an intended example stored in the example storage medium is read from the storage part by the information reader 51 to be transmitted to a camera 52. And the photograph preparing information, which corresponds to the transmission signal, such as program diagram, AE mode, AF mode, photometry mode, and selecting range-finding point information is displayed on display means 1 and 2, thereby informing a photographer of the information. Thus, photographing which meets an object and photographic purpose can be easily performed irrespective of knowledge and experience of photographing. |
