PURPOSE: An exclusive electric heat treatment system for 'U' shaped bending pipe is provided to reduce process time and improve product quality and productivity by installing both electrodes at a bending portion of the 'U' shaped bending pipe to be electric heat treated so that current flows through the bending portion. CONSTITUTION: The exclusive electric heat treatment system for 'U' shaped bending pipe is characterized in that a shaft(3) at both sides of which a supporting plate(2a) is formed is installed at a lower bundle(2) installed at the lower part of the body(1) of the system, a bevel gear(7a) installed at one end of the shaft(3) is interlockingly connected to a bevel gear(5a) installed on shaft of a motor(5) rotating in forward and reverse directions, the bevel gear(7a) installed at left and right sides of the shaft(3) is interlockingly connected to the bevel gear(7a) formed on the lower part of a ball screw(7) that is screw inserted into left and right sides of an upper bundle(9), a guiding projection(9b) formed at left and right sides of the upper bundle(9) is guidingly inserted into a guiding rail(8) installed on left and right side walls of the body(1), a guiding projection(11b) formed at left and right sides of an adjusting bundle(11) is inserted into a rail formed on inner left and right side walls of the upper bundle(9), rod(13a) of a fine adjusting cylinder(12) installed at left and right sides of the upper bundle(9) is connected to left and right sides of the upper surface of the adjusting bundle(11), an upper electrode(15) in which an insulator(15a) is included is installed at the front end of a bracket(11a) installed on the bottom of the middle part of the adjusting bundle(11), and a transformer A terminal(14) in which an insulator is included is installed at the rod(13a) of an upper electrode opening and closing cylinder(13) installed at the adjusting bundle(11).
