The terminal device includes data input means which is psychologically acceptable to physicians, lawyers and other professionals and includes a carrying case of unusually lightweight and compact construction. Data stored in the terminal device can be printed on multiple sheet business forms. The data can also be displayed by projecting a CRT light beam on a collapsible, high resolution screen carried in the terminal device.
