<p>PURPOSE:To execute a plastic response of an electric signal and its control by constituting the title element so that the first electrode, the third electrode and the second electrode are used as a voltage signal input terminal, a current signal output terminal and their command terminal, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In case, for instance, an anion has been used as a charge carrier ion, when a prescribed voltage is applied so that the first electrode 1A and the second electrode 2 become the negative pole and the positive pole, respectively, the charge carrier ion which has been brought to doping to the inside of a conductive high poly mer layer 1B is emitted to the inside of an electrolytic layer 5. In this case, by applying and sweeping a voltage which deserves a fact that the charge carrier ion is brought to oxidation and reduction simultaneously between the second and the third electrodes 2, 3, as well, oxidation and reduction currents are detected continuously. In this state, the charge carrier ion is emitted gradually in accordance with the applied time of the voltage applied between the first and the second electrodes 1A, 2, and also, current values detected by the second and the third electrodes 2, 3 also increase in accordance therewith. Also, when a voltage which deserves a fact that the charge carrier ion is re-inserted into the film is applied between the first and the second electrodes, an entirely reverse phenomenon to the foregoing is generated. That is, an electric signal transfer delay response is obtained reversibly.</p> |
