Connection with wedge-shaped locking part - consists of bolt and spring with cylindrical release part

The connection consists of a wedge-shaped locking-part (8) joined to the end of a bolt (4) and hooked into a spring (10). A cylindrical release-part (9) is pushed onto the bolt (4) up to a flange (4d). The release part (9) has a recess (9a) in it, into which fits the wide end of the wedge shaped locking part (9). The spring (10) has two sprung tongues (10b). USE/ADVANTAGE - A metal spring is used instead of a basket shaped plastics part so that the connection can absorb rigid forces.
