PURPOSE:To reduce the idle space generating between adjacent conducttors or between the conductors and the bobbin and the like, and to improve the space factor of the conductors by a method wherein the shifting position of a flat type wire is limited within the specific region located along the circumferential direction of the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:In the winding of the first layer, a flat type wire Y is shifted by the amount of wire width on the winding surface IV up to the third row, and as the winding of the fourth row is finished just before the winding surface IV, the number of turns per layer becomes 15/4. The idle space generated in this case becomes a triangle DA'E' and another triangle PQ'T. In the winding of the second layer, shifting is conducted in a winding surface III up to the third row, and winding is finished just before the winding surface III in the fourth row; to be more precise, the winding is finished at a segment CG. The shifting is conducted on the winding surface II on the third layer and the shifting is conducted on the winding surface I on the fourth layer respectively in the same manner as above, and the winding of the four layers in fourth row is finished. To be more precise, as a fraction of 1/4 each of the entire circumference is generated against the number of turns per layer, the surface on which shifting is conducted is moved by one surface at a time. Also no gap is present between the flat type wires Y. |
