The compliance device is used in robot and operators construction in position errors removing. The device consists of a fixed plate (3) located on the frontal part of a body (1) belonging to the prehension device. On the fixed plate (3), guide bushings (4) are mounted are equal distances, and within them, some bolts (5) glide, with a clearance (a), which are fixed at one end on a moving plate (6). At the other end of the bolts (5), collars (9) are fitted by means of nuts (10); the collars (9) rest on compression springs (11). Within one of the compression springs (11), a sensor (12), for example an inductive sensor, is placed, whose active side (e) lies at a sensitive distance (f) from the nut (10).<IMAGE>
