PURPOSE:To reduce a working region and to carry out solid generation at high speed by cutting a nonmetallic sheet based on a cutting pattern along a cross-sectional shape to orthogonally cross a reference plane having a solid shape and laminating this to generate the solid shape. CONSTITUTION:A paper feed mechanism 1 takes up a sheet of paper from a paper supply stacker 2 and carries it onto a cutting table 3 and carries out its positioning. A cutting controller 9 outputs the cutting pattern of paper to a laser beam position controller 8 and cutting is performed while a CO2 laser beam from a laser beam source 6 being moved. The cutting controller 9 increments a calculated value and a paper feed controller 5 drives the paper feed mechanism 1 and cut paper on the cutting table 3 is brought back to a paper discharge stacker 4 and new paper is positioned on the table 3 and cut in the same way. Pieces corresponding to a longitudinal section of a solid to be generated are accumulated in order in the paper discharge stacker 4 by repeating the above-mentioned operation and when cutting along all cutting patterns generated in the cutting controller 9 is completed, a mole die and a female die having the solid shape are completed in the stacker 4. |
