The dustbin package is noteworthy in that it is made from cardboard, constitutes a disposable assembly, and comprises a body receiving in its upper part two flaps constituting, superimposed, an outer lid (C1) and an inner lid (C2), articulated with respect to the said body and defining a double closure, the said outer lid providing the total and fluid-tight closure of the dustbin package and the inner lid (C2) being provided with an opening flap allowing access to the inside of the volume of the dustbin package body, the said inner lid itself able to be totally open, and in that the body and the inner and outer lids are provided with means capable of ensuring their positioning and fixing in open and closed positions, and in that the body of the dustbin package internally receives a container (2) for the collection of waste and rubbish, the said container being impermeable and provided with a closed bottom guaranteeing imperviousness to the collected products. <IMAGE>
