<p>The invention relates to a port system for the sterilization of materials and/or objects in a container (1), which is provided with a first port (2) and a first shut-off member (3) and the passing thereof to a sterile space provided with a second port (4) and a second shut-off member (6), wherewith the respective ports (2,4) and the shut-off members (3,6) are destined to cooperate with each other.
