<p>In order to improve the rate of extraction of gas from a gas storage salt cavity accessible by a borehole comprising a tubing (18) used during filling, this tubing is cut into sections, starting from the bottom, and each section is lowered below the bottom end of a lining surrounding the tubing. For this purpose use is made of a cutting tool (30) fitted to the bottom end of a train of tubular rods (28) and comprising anchoring means (36) controlled by pressure pulses in a column of water filling the train of rods. The cutting tools (40) are actuated separately by a rotation and a translation of an upper part (38) of the tool, driven by the train of rods. <IMAGE></p> |
