A device for the feeding and corresponding extraction of fabric which has to be decatized continuously in autoclaves under pressure together with a technical felt sheet comprises two lateral rollers cooperating with and in addition to the already known central feed roller between the two lengths of entering and exiting fabric. This is the same fabric/felt assembly which when compressed between the two pairs of rollers forms a barrier against steam leaks. All three rollers are smooth, of uniform cross-section and coated with rubber or similar soft elastic material. The three rollers are located tangentially in contact with each other with their axes coplanar, and the thickness of the coating material is preferably equal to at least that of the fabric which has to be decatized with the corresponding felt. <IMAGE> |
