The annular air supply opening (62) has spaced radial vanes (60) tilted at a selected angle from the axis of the combustion chamber (14). The fuel supplier includes a fuel plenum chamber having a fuel inlet (69) and a plurality of radially spaced fuel holes (70) for supplying fuel in the annular air supply opening (62) between the spaced radial vanes (60).
