<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a time recorder and to reduce cost by storing the work data of each worker into a floppy disk and preserving the data without using a time card. CONSTITUTION:A floppy disk 9 suitable for the type of industry of a company itself is selected and this selected floppy disk 9 is inserted to a disk driver 8. Then, a setting software is read by a CPU 10A. When an ID card 5 is inserted to an inserting groove, a reader 6 reads an ID number recorded to magnetic stripes and the work data of each worker is calculated. The calculated work data is transmitted to the floppy disk driver 8 and stored into the file of the floppy disk for each worker and the ID number is transmitted to a display device 2 and displayed on a display 2B. Then, the work data of each worker is stored in the floppy disk 9.</p> |
