The apparatus of dual structure for connecting undersea optical fiber cables has inner cylindrical body (1) and outer cylindrical body (6) with respective inlets (2,7). The inner cylindrical body (1) mounting connecting member (3) for optical fiber (11), is mounted opposite to the first fastening member (4) for fixing the first cover material (12) of the optical fiber (11) on both sides, and is filled with jelled compound (5) through the first inlet (2). The space between outer cylinderical body (6) and inner body (1) is filled with silcon compound (9) and the both ends of outer body (6) each mounts the second fastening member (8) and second cover material (13).
