PURPOSE:To surely constitute a joint only with a bolt and dispense with secondary machining by separating a main body part core after winding FRP fiber on the outer circumference of the main body part core and an end part core, and fitting a flange member to the end part core made of metal. CONSTITUTION:An end part core 11 made of metal is fixedly secured on the inner circumference of the end part of a FRP shaft 10. A flange member 13 is fixedly secured to the end part core 11 of the FRP shaft. A core shaft 14 concentrically formed in one body with the flange member 13 and having an elliptical section is fitted into the hole 12 of the end part core. A main body core 17 and the end part core 11 are previously connected to each other, and FRP fiber 20 is wound on the outer circumference, hereafter the main body part core 17 is separated, and the flange member 13 is fitted into the end part core 11 made of metal. Thus, the joint is surely constituted only with a bolt, dispensing with secondary machining. |
