DEFLECTION YON AND THE METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME

The method is for setting the horizontal and vertical electromagnetic fields arbitrarly to prevent the misconvergence. A coil (1) is wound on both sides of a separator (10) symmetrically against to the center line of the outer face of the separator. Then the winding distribution is corrected by the winding pattern so that the optimal magnetic field is obtained. The separator is divided by two regions (2,3) on which a number of slits (12) passing through the coil are bored to form the different magnetic pattern.
