The support legs with pivoting feet are for a semi trailer. The legs are mounted at the front and can be extended. The legs consist of an outer tube (16) and an inner tube (17), which can be moved in or out of the outer tube by a screw spindle (18). The inner tubes of the legs have supports (21-27) for feet which allow the feet to move about a pivot (23). Pivoting of the feet allows the trailer to be moved sideways parallel to the longitudinal centreline of the trailer. A lock (41) is mounted between the feet (19) and the lower parts of the supports with which the feet can be locked in the required position. USE/ADVANTAGE -Any misalignment between coupling parts on the towing vehicle and trailer can be compensated for.
