<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a laser generating device by forming a plasma area formed in the air by connecting a plurality of plasma areas. CONSTITUTION:When a laser beam 2 is entered into a laser beam collecting device 3c by a full-reflecting mirror 9, the laser beam collecting device 3c forms a laser beam 2c having an angle thetac to the ground, and a laser beam collecting device 3b forms a laser beam 2b crossing the laser beam 2c at an angle thetab larger than the angle thetac of the laser beam 2c. Further, a laser beam collecting device 3a forms a laser beam 2a toward the vertical direction to cross the laser beam 2b. A guiding passage of lightning discharge by short conductive plasma areas 5c, 5b, 5a having less absorption of laser beams is formed between a thundercloud 4 and a lightning guiding steel tower 6 by the laser beams 2c, 2b, 2a. Hence, the guiding passage of lightning discharge can be formed by connecting the plasma areas, and the cost of the laser generating device can be reduced.</p> |
